Job Description
The Office Administrator will coordinate administrative support functions for a Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) regional office, working under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (one year of work experience related to the primary duties may substitute for one year of college)
  • Two (2) years' work experience in high-level administrative support duties (or closely related) fields: executive assistant, administrative assistant working with high-level executives, or office manager
  • Work experience preparing reports
  • Work experience in a senior, coordinator, lead or supervisory role
