Job Description
The Office Administrator will coordinate administrative support functions for a Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) regional office, working under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (one year of work experience related to the primary duties may substitute for one year of college)
Two (2) years' work experience in high-level administrative support duties (or closely related) fields: executive assistant, administrative assistant working with high-level executives, or office manager
Work experience preparing reports
Work experience in a senior, coordinator, lead or supervisory role
