The Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) is hiring an Administrative Law Judge II to preside over hearings under the Texas Labor Code and Division Rules.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited law school with a J.D. degree
  • Two years of experience as a practicing attorney
  • License to practice law in the State of Texas
  • A member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
