Job Description
The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is hiring a Human Resources Specialist III (Talent Acquisition Specialist) to administer various human resources management programs and perform complex human resources management work.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in business, public administration, human resource management, management or in a field relative to assignment.
  • Three years of experience in human resources including recruitment, screening, onboarding new hires, or customer service in a human resources environment.
