Role OverviewThis position works under general direction & requires considerable knowledge of teacher education. The role involves providing instruction in basic education needs, assessing educational needs of inmates, and developing lesson plans to address those needs.
What You Will Do
Provides instruction in basic education needs (e.g., reading writing mathematics), administers, scores and interprets examinations and proficiency indicators, maintains discipline and/or security, and counsels students concerning their performance, behavior and/or personal problems.
