Role OverviewWe are seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher to join our team at Creative Kids in Medina. As a Teacher, you'll work as part of a collaborative classroom team to create a safe, healthy, and engaging learning environment for young children. You'll support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development while building positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
What You Will Do
You'll assist in developing and implementing developmentally appropriate classroom plans, support curriculum and learning experiences, help create engaging learning environments, and incorporate Conscious Discipline techniques into daily classroom schedules and routines.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in early childhood education or a related childcare setting
- Valid Ohio driver's license and ability to meet agency insurability requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships with children, families, coworkers, and others from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and adapt to changing needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to use online databases and technology
- Ability to actively engage with young children throughout the day, including standing, bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, and participating in indoor and outdoor activities
