Role OverviewThe position of Teacher Aide (Moderate to Severe) is a part-time role that requires experience working with school-aged children. The ideal candidate will have a valid California Driver's License, Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification, First aid and CPR certifications, and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will assist teachers in the classroom, provide support to students with moderate to severe disabilities, and help with lesson planning and implementation.

Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience working or volunteering with school-aged children
- Valid California Driver's License
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification within 60 days of employment
- First aid and CPR certifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent AND one of the following: (a) Two years of higher education study (48 semester units or 72 quarter units), (b) Possess an Associate's or higher degree, or (c) Successful completion of a Fontana Unified School District-approved Paraprofessional Certificate and/or Paraprofessional Assessment Exam
