Job Description
Ombudsman Educational Services is seeking a Teacher to join their Alternative Education team for the 2026-2027 School Year. The role involves delivering impactful instruction, developing comprehensive lesson plans, and collaborating with special education teachers to ensure student success. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field, a valid AZ state teaching credential, and prior experience working with alternative education programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a closely related field of study
  • Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a valid AZ state teaching credential
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training
  • Prior experience working with curriculum development, differentiation and instruction; preferably in an alternative, special education and/or behavioral health program setting
