Job Description

TES Staffing is seeking caring, reliable, and professional Teacher Assistants to join our Early Childhood Education team.

Requirements

Support Lead Teachers in implementing developmentally appropriate activities
Assist with daily care routines, including feeding, diapering, toileting, and rest time
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Observe and document developmental milestones
Provide responsive, respectful care to infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
Supervise children during classroom activities, transitions, outdoor play, and special activity spaces
Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and administrators
Interact professionally with families and support positive family engagement
Attend required trainings, staff meetings, and professional development sessions
Follow all OCFS licensing regulations
