Role OverviewThe Lead Teacher works with the leadership of the childcare and early childhood education programs to foster a positive and inclusive childcare environment. They plan and implement instructional programs that guide children to develop and fulfill their potential while engaging the family in the child's success.
What You Will Do
The Lead Teacher plans, prepares, and delivers lesson plans, develops lesson plans and special activities, and maintains positive interactions with parents, children, and other staff members.
