Role OverviewA dedicated and dependable Teachers Aide to support classroom instruction, foster student engagement, and contribute to a positive, inclusive academic environment. The Teacher Aide will work closely with faculty and staff to assist students, maintain classroom order, and provide essential support to teachers.
What You Will Do
Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional content and academic activities. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, reinforcing lessons and promoting understanding. Support teachers in preparing materials, setting up technology, and organizing classroom resources.
Why It Might Be a Fit
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in education or related fields preferred. Experience working with children or in a school setting is preferred. Ability to take direction, adapt to a dynamic classroom environment, and work collaboratively with faculty.
