Role OverviewWe are seeking a PACT Team Clinician to provide rehabilitation services to persons served with severe and persistent mental illness. The PACT Team Clinician will work under the clinical supervision of the Team Leader and the Psychiatrist to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide comprehensive treatment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing case management, conducting comprehensive assessments, providing ongoing assessment and problem solving, and assisting persons served with activities of daily living.

Requirements
- Five years supervised practical experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Master's degree in a human service discipline
- LCSW, LICSW, LMHC valid in Massachusetts
- Strong clinical and crisis intervention skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Valid US drivers' license and a fully insured vehicle
- Ability to pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background, professional licensure and driving record check
