Role OverviewThe Team Lead is responsible for leading department personnel, monitoring performance levels, and promoting a culture of safety first. They will also lead continuous improvement tasks and participate in GEMBA walks.
What You Will Do
The Team Lead will serve as the main contact in the absence of the Supervisor, lead startup meetings, and perform continuous improvement tasks to address red hours reported on HR-by-HR boards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of progressive manufacturing experience and experience training or leading others. They must be able to work independently with superior results and be willing to flex their schedule and work extended hours as needed.
