Role OverviewJoin HDR's nationally ranked team of Power Delivery professionals as a Team Lead / Senior Substation & Transmission Engineer. Develop a partnership with a PM, lead technical teams, and execute project deliverables. Work with local area and practice leadership to hire, mentor, and supervise a team of Project Engineers, EIT's, or CADD/Designers.
What You Will Do
Develop project execution plans, assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and support scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate quality checks and reviews, lead multiple projects concurrently, and work with senior engineers to identify and develop technical expertise.

Requirements

- A minimum of 10 years of experience
- Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
- Extensive experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office as well as standard Power Market Sector design software
