Role OverviewJoin HDR's team of Power Delivery professionals as a Team Lead / Senior Substation & Transmission Engineer. Develop a partnership with a PM, lead technical teams, and execute project deliverables. Work with local area and practice leadership to hire, mentor, and supervise a team of Project Engineers, EIT's, or CADD/Designers.
What You Will Do
Develop project execution plans, assign tasks, provide technical guidance, support scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate quality checks and reviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 10 years of experience
- Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
- Extensive experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office as well as standard Power Market Sector design software
