Team Lead - Tank and Canopy

The Team Lead - Tank and Canopy will lead a team in operations, coordinating activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The role involves directing manufacturing teams, improving production methods, and analyzing work problems. The Team Lead will also participate in Kaizen processes to ensure on-time delivery to customers and maintain 6S throughout the shift.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include leading and directing manufacturing teams, conducting daily board meetings, interpreting and ensuring compliance of company policies and safety regulations, recommending and implementing measures to improve production methods, and analyzing and resolving work problems. The Team Lead will also perform activities of workers in group as a backup, prepare and execute daily start-up plans, and maintain efficiency levels to 90% or better.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Over 3 years related experience
• Basic computer experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and basic AS400 software computer or similar system knowledge
