Role OverviewThe Team Lead - Topping will guide and direct work productivity and employee engagement to meet daily customer demand and production schedules. The role involves reviewing and supporting development and revisions of current and future product line work instruction, adjusting workflow and tasks based on manpower available and work needed per area, and assisting team members and troubleshooting issues while maintaining takt time.
What You Will Do
The Team Lead - Topping will be responsible for ensuring that all company supplied tools are properly stored at the end of each shift and available at the start of the following shift. The role also involves assisting quality teams in testing, identification of defects, and other efforts as necessary, and executing and maintaining acceptable performance standards for production, quality, safety, and housekeeping.
