Job Description
The Team Lead, Business Analysis provides leadership and oversees the daily work of a select group of business analysts within the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline) development organization. The Team Lead assigns, plans, and coordinates the analysis work required to design, develop, and launch efficient business and operational processes that support Syteline’s manufacturing and supply chain functionality.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and documenting business processes in an ERP context, specifically within manufacturing environments
  • Working knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial / Syteline or a comparable manufacturing ERP
  • Familiarity with core manufacturing ERP domains such as BOM/routing, MRP and APS-based planning and scheduling
  • Experience gathering and interpreting customer and market data
  • Experience producing product requirement document, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
