Team Lead Community Service

Pawnee Mental Health is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to support others in the community. The team lead will assist the regional Community Services Supervisor in managing staff and supporting program needs. The role involves coordination of meetings, training, and overseeing staff service provision to meet competence per agency standards.

What You Will Do

The team lead will assist in monitoring that assigned team members meet administrative and clinical documentation requirements, ensure staff fill their weekly schedule, meet client care expectations, and comply with productivity standards. The role also involves attending clinical supervision and program staffing, providing input to supervisors and other treatment team members, and maintaining knowledge and skills related to the field of work.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have strong oral and written communication skills, basic personal computer skills, and a valid driver's license. Experience with Microsoft Office software and knowledge of the needs and challenges of individuals who experience mental illness are preferred. The team lead will work cooperatively with the Management Team and other members of the staff in sharing resources and expertise in pursuit of the agency's mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or equivalent work experience
• Basic personal computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
• Strong oral and written communication skills using the English language
