Role OverviewResource Innovations is seeking a Team Lead for an Energy Efficiency Field Team in Ohio to spearhead our Inflation Reduction Act Program field delivery. The Team Lead is a key hire responsible for building and leading a dynamic field service team dedicated to delivering high-quality in-home energy audits and ensuring quality control for our HOMES and HEAR programs.
What You Will Do
Supervises, coaches, and supports field technicians to ensure high-quality installation and service. Review and QC field technicians audits and ensure energy modeling requirements are met.

Requirements
- BPI Certified
- Must reside in a metropolitan areas of Ohio
- 2+ years experience in energy efficiency, utility programs, quality assurance role or in consulting, HVAC, or facility maintenance
- Experience leading teams
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Maintain current auto insurance coverage that meets state requirements
- Access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel; ability to travel 25-75% (limited overnight travel)
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment
