Role OverviewThis hands-on position combines housekeeping leadership, general porter responsibilities, transportation of supplies and equipment, and specialized floor-care services. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards and is comfortable operating commercial floor-care equipment. The position is located at a five-star-rated skilled nursing facility with a supportive and collaborative leadership team.
What You Will Do
The Team Lead Environmental Services Tech will assist with coordinating daily housekeeping assignments and workflow, help train and support housekeeping staff, inspect resident rooms and common areas for cleanliness, and ensure cleaning schedules are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements
- Previous housekeeping, porter, janitorial, or environmental-services experience required
- References and background check
- Previous commercial floor-care experience strongly preferred
- Experience operating commercial floor-maintenance equipment preferred
- Lead or supervisory experience is a plus
- Healthcare, skilled-nursing, hospital, or senior-living experience preferred
