Role OverviewThe Team Lead, Learning and Development supports CARF's mission by leading a team of learning and development professionals/technologists, performing full-cycle instructional design and eLearning development work, and utilizing best practice performance improvement techniques to address individual/organizational performance opportunities.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include providing instructional design expertise, developing/maintaining instructional design project plans, designing/developing/maintaining branded course and presentation templates, and utilizing innovative learning technology to maximize efficiency and enhance the trainer/learner experience.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources development, instructional design, education, or a related field, and 7 years of related professional experience. A Master's degree and 5 years of related experience are preferred.
Requirements

- 7 years of related professional experience
- Master's degree and 5 years of related experience (preferred)
- Specialized training in full-cycle instructional systems design, human performance improvement/technology, and complex project management
- Experience with learning technology (e.g., course authoring software, learning management systems)
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, ethics, and professional standards
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Authorized to work in the United States
