Role OverviewAs a Team Lead, you will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in your care, take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and communicate with families to promote achievement for the child and support the center's success.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include ensuring the daily care of every child, following licensing guidelines, implementing company standards, and taking on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence.

Requirements
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans
- College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
