Role OverviewSupervises day-to-day operation of a 12-hour production shift by performing duties personally or through subordinate employees. Oversees entire shift for Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Productivity results for a minimum of 25 hourly employees.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoots complex/critical processes or equipment, provides a hands-on approach to resolve, and ensures all production capacities are met. Responsible for ensuring all production capacities are met, quality products are produced and distributed, and good housekeeping of the production facility is maintained.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Requires 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing facility, basic Microsoft skills, and proficiency in the English Language. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of operation, assess training needs, and administer training as necessary.
