Role OverviewThe Team Lead will supervise the day-to-day operation of a 12-hour production shift, overseeing safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity results for a minimum of 25 hourly employees. The role involves troubleshooting complex processes, supporting safety awareness, and ensuring quality products are produced and distributed.
What You Will Do
The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising operators, monitoring run conditions, assessing training needs, and communicating with all levels of operation. They will also be responsible for ensuring production capacities are met, maintaining good housekeeping, and completing daily attendance reports.
