Role OverviewAs a Team Lead at Tosca's Service Center, you'll oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. You'll support and motivate your team, communicate daily priorities, and keep production running smoothly to meet customer demand.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include assisting Service Center leadership in meeting daily production goals, leading by example in promoting and enforcing safety standards, monitoring production rates and quality results, and maintaining accurate shift records.
