Carvana is seeking a Team Lead to manage its Market Operations department, a key area focused on brand enhancement, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Requirements
5+ years work experience in a customer facing team environment
3+ years of management experience
Proven history of developing and coaching employees
Prior experience with strategic planning, process improvement, and leading teams
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Willingness to work on weekends
High and low levels of movement
Ability to perform physical activity for extended periods
Ability to handle logistics
