Job Description
The Team Lead, Sales Acceleration is a high-impact operator and thought partner who operates at the intersection of training facilitation, onboarding, change management strategy and system creation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a quota carrying role
  • Deep understanding of sales process and motions
  • Leadership experience (nice to have)
  • Experience supporting onboarding environments or sales coaching
  • Familiarity with instructional design or content creation
  • Experience coaching to systems and workflow adoption
