Role OverviewThe selected candidate will be offered a salary between $106,404.00-$127,802.00. The Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) protects and promotes the safety and well-being of children and families through child welfare and juvenile justice services and community supports.
What You Will Do
The selected candidate will engage in difficult and complex legal work, participate in legal casework functions, and provide strategic guidance and supervision of lower-level Attorney Staff.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a caseload of approximately 40 to 50 cases involving complex child abuse and neglect matters, and will be required to have one year of satisfactory United States legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar.
Requirements
- Admission to the New York State Bar
- One year of satisfactory United States legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar
- Six months of satisfactory service as an Agency Attorney Interne (30086)
