What You Will Do
The Team Leader - Assembly will perform various duties such as setting an example for safety, participating in risk assessment and quality programs, monitoring process to ensure quality checks, and providing feedback to employees. The role also involves assigning and monitoring work assignments, interacting with supervisors and managers, and reporting daily results.
