The primary responsibility of a Team Leader is to learn the company’s culture, motivate and supervise team members, manage time to achieve budgeted goals, and help drive sales and profits.

  • Manage and protect all inventory and company assets
  • Verify merchandise is received, stored and merchandised according to established procedures
