Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Team Leader to lead daily material handling operations while actively supporting production activities alongside the team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy mentoring others, and have a strong background operating forklifts and material handling equipment.
What You Will Do
The Team Leader will lead, coach, and support a team of material handlers and general laborers, assign daily tasks, and monitor workflow to ensure customer schedules and production goals are achieved. They will also actively participate in daily operations, troubleshoot minor equipment issues, and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Previous forklift experience
- Experience leading, coaching, or directing teams in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or material handling environment
- Grade 12 education
- College or University education or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's licence
