Team Leader Enrollment Advisor

The Team Leader Enrollment Advisor plays a vital role in leading and implementing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified student population to the college or university, combining strong sales/call center team management with strategic recruitment leadership.

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, manage local direct sales teams, lead and mentor the recruitment team, and collaborate with various departments to meet enrollment goals and promote the institution's offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a sales team in a call center or high-volume phone sales environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with enrollment management systems and CRM software
• Hands-on experience with CRM and dialer/telephony platforms and comfort managing real-time sales KPIs
• Knowledge of marketing and communication strategies, particularly in the context of student recruitment
• Understanding of higher education trends, demographics, and the competitive landscape
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment efforts
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and engage with external stakeholders
• Ability to motivate and retain a team in a high-pressure, target-driven, high-turnover sales environment
• Either native English speaker or proficiency level of English competency
