Role OverviewAriensCo is seeking an energetic Team Leader to oversee brake press and forming fabrication operations in Brillion, WI. The role requires leading area team members, adhering to standard work, and improving processes to meet daily production goals.
What You Will Do
The day-to-day responsibilities include leading team members, training new employees, and root cause problem solving to prevent the cell from meeting daily production goals.

Requirements
- Minimum High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Clear understanding of Standard work, time observations, takt time, takt vs. actual, bar charts, standard work combination sheets, spaghetti diagrams
- Proven understanding of 5 Key measures (policy deployment measures)
- Training and communication skills
- Understanding of Lean and 6S
- Basic computer skills
- Trained in TWI
- Become torque certified (training will be provided)
- Understands and has the ability to utilize the Ariens Company Standardized Problem Solving Process
- Past leadership experience preferred
- Additional education in lean, leadership, or manufacturing preferred
