Job Description
The New York City Department of Housing Preservation Development (HPD) is seeking a Team Leader for the Division of Tenant & Owner Resources. The Team Leader will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and delegating work to a team of Case Managers or Specialists, providing training, and ensuring participant cases are accurately screened and reviewed for completeness and compliance with Federal HUD Rules and Regulations.

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong Customer Service Focus
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Bilingual a Plus
  • Section 8 or other Rental Subsidy experience a Plus
