Role OverviewIn this role, you will support Production Leads, Supervisors, Managers with daily management in the day-to-day activities to ensure products and services are delivered on time to customers. As a Team Leader I, you will assist in leading employees within an area of responsibility on a variety of processes and operations.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in the training and development of production team members, working with operations and cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production challenges, and evaluating demand of parts job and coordinating delivery.

Requirements
- High School diploma, GED or combination of work experience and skill development
- Previous manufacturing experience

- Knowledge and experience in ERP or MRP business system
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good organization and follow-up skills
- Experience using small hand and power tools
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
