Job Description
The Team Leader position is a professional direct staff position which provides oversight to a designated caseload of members residing in a variety of residential settings; and provides direct supervision to Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff and Assistant Team Leaders (ATL).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency/HiSet/GED.
  • 2 years Human Service Experience or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License, legal driving privileges and ability in the State of Iowa and qualification with Mainstream Living’s underwriter as an insurable driver.
  • Basic data entry skills required. Familiarity with Word Processing, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel/spreadsheets is strongly preferred.
