Job Description
MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Team Leader to supervise and work alongside team members performing critical process cleaning tasks. The Team Leader will lead the team in the safe and efficient completion of work, utilizing the company's systems to identify potential issues and develop timely solutions.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize work to ensure team safety, quality, and delivery of assigned tasks.
Ability to support cleaning task completion as necessary.
Ability to communicate via 2-way radios effectively and professionally.
Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and bend throughout the shift.
Minimum 1-year supervisory experience
Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.
