Job Description
Benchmark Human Services is a leading organization in intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health. We are seeking a Team Lead to support and train direct care staff, ensure quality of services, and maintain health and safety.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • At least 2 years' experience working with individuals with ID/DD strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some supervisory experience preferred
