We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team and help drive sales and profits through merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values
  • Assist store manager in promoting an aggressive sales culture
  • Maintains professionalism and positive store morale
  • Manage and protect all inventory and company assets
  • Verify merchandise is received, stored and merchandised according to established procedures
  • Assist store manager in determining marketing strategy changes
  • Maintain consistent operations by enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures
