Role OverviewThe Production Team Leader is responsible for ensuring all Team Members within their assigned area are trained to company standards and promote safety within the team. The Team Leader performs various tasks ensuring production processes run efficiently and effectively.
What You Will Do
Promote Team Member understanding of company vision and goals, ensure Production Team Members have the proper tools and equipment to perform their jobs, and monitor product inventory and communicate with the material handling team.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years of manufacturing experience
- Previous Team Leader experience
- Must meet attendance expectations
