Role OverviewThe Team Leader, Production Night, will supervise the production process, motivate staff, and ensure quality goals are met. They will work under the direction of the Plant Manager or Production Manager and be responsible for accurate documentation, employee training, and safety adherence.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include coordinating production, preparing documentation, leading employee training, and ensuring quality compliance. The Team Leader will also be responsible for learning and performing job tasks of staff in their absence or workload.

Requirements
- H.S. education or GED
- At least 2 years of experience or equivalent education and/or experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
- Service oriented
- Ability to work as a part of a team and treat coworkers with respect
- Experience leading and developing people
- Experience in the meat processing industry (desired but not required)
- Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification
