Role OverviewStraight and Narrow, the largest program of its kind headquartered in Paterson, NJ, provides innovative and compassionate services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. This Team Leader role provides leadership and oversight of specific program and clinical operations as instructed by the program's clinical supervisor.
What You Will Do
Maintain a minimum case load, supervise the counseling team, provide oversight of clinical coverage, participate in team meetings, and provide monthly reports to the Clinical Director. Facilitate groups and/or individual sessions, ensure client compliance with treatment recommendations, and input client data into NJSAMS.

Requirements
- LCADC, CADC or MA/MSW/ with an LAC/LSW
- 5 years' experience in addictions treatment program experience
- thorough understanding of the multiple needs of the substance use disorder population and evidence-based treatment services
- If no LCADC/CADC must be obtained three years from the date of hire
