Role OverviewThe role requires a passionate and dedicated Team Leader who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. The Team Leader will provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership, while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals.
What You Will Do
Leads by example to promote a safe work environment and ensures compliance with company policies. Leads and participates in Risk Assessment, 5S, and STOP programs. Monitors daily production schedules and ensures parts are assembled and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate will have two or more years of assembly experience, experience driving a forklift or willingness to learn, and basic computer skills. They will also possess excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Two or more years of assembly experience
- Experience driving a forklift or willingness to learn
- Basic computer skills (ex: Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc)
- Demonstration of leadership skills
- Ability to lead/coach in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and dependability
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
