Role OverviewDirects all patient care services for the team, ensuring services are integrated components of the interdisciplinary plan of care. Collaborates with physicians and reviews patient information to ensure eligibility and appropriateness criteria are met.
What You Will Do
Reviews patient admissions, collaborates with physicians, manages team schedules, and oversees staff and volunteer schedules. Participates in on-call rotation, staff supervision, and quality improvement activities.
