Job Description
The Team Manager will lead a patient care team and ensure continuity of care for the patient. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating team members, ensuring service quality, and managing team performance. This role requires a commitment to professional growth and collaboration within a team.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation with appropriate driver's license and insurance.
  • Basic understanding of primary medical and nursing care, oncologic nursing, and palliative care.
  • Working knowledge of VITAS information system (Vx) and its management reports.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Current and valid R.N. License to practice in the state of location.
