Job Description
The Team Manager is the leader of the Patient Care Team, responsible for supervising, evaluating, and coordinating the team's activities, ensuring continuity of care, and advocating for patients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Current and valid R.N. License to practice in the state where the VITAS program is located
  • Two years successful supervisory experience or equivalent in a health care organization
