Job Description
McCormick & Company, Inc. is seeking a full-time Team Manager I - Production to manage and direct activities related to a designated team within the South Bend Plant. The position is responsible for quality, safety, productivity, sanitation, and people management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years related experience
  • Minimum of one year experience supervising employees in a manufacturing / production / industrial environment
  • Minimum of one year experience leading others through a project(s) or initiative(s)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work across functions and interact with all levels of the organization
