Requirements

• Promote Family Farm and Home mission statement and family values.
• Execute daily operational goals and priorities assigned by store management.
• Utilize Farm Hand to receive communication and tasks from corporate office and store management.
• Greet customers as they enter/exit the store and interact with them in a pleasant and positive manner.
• Solicit customers to sign up for Family Farm and Home Programs.
• Answer phone calls in a professional manner and assist customers in store, online, and through special orders.
• Utilize POS to checkout customers and follow all cash handling processes and procedures.
• Assist in setting promotional signage and price changes.
• Assist in freight, recovery, and out of stock processes.
• Maintain awareness of in store safety issues and shoplifting activities.
• Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, receiving, cash office, and register area.
• Uphold merchandising, store cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive working environment for all team members.
