Role OverviewDel Taco is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant team! As a Team Member, you will help create a great guest experience by delivering outstanding customer service, preparing quality food, and supporting smooth daily operations.
What You Will Do
Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude, take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system, prepare food and beverages according to Del Taco standards, and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, kitchen, and dining areas.

Requirements
- No experience required — training provided
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed
