Job Description

The team member will support the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations, greeting and thanking donors, organizing sales floor, building relationships with customers, accurately ringing up sales transactions, and letting customers know how their purchases are helping someone get a job.

Requirements

  • One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset.
  • Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors.
